LDAWE Office Closed for the Holidays
LDAWE's office will be closed for the holidays beginning on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 11:30am. The office will reopen on Monday, January 6, 2014 at 9am. We look forward to continuing to help people with learning disabilities and their families in 2014.

Beginning Readers Research Study Seeks Participants
The University of Windsor is seeking 6-7 year old children who are in grade 1 or 2 to participate in a study about beginning readers. The purpose of the study is to better understand how children learn to read and why some children experience difficulty. Please download the study flyer for more details.

ASD & NLD Research Study Seeks Participants
The University of Windsor is seeking 9-16 year old children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Nonverbal Learning Disorder (NLD) for a study that investigates how social problems with children with ASD differ from those with NLD. Please download the study brochure for more details.

LDAWE’s blog launches today. It will be written by several different experts in our community with the hope of sharing knowledge, inspiring others, and making a positive difference for those living with LD and ADHD.
